Description
Kyndryl is hiring an Infrastructure Architect to lead enterprise-wide DataDog Observability strategy, implementation, and governance. The role designs monitoring solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and network environments; configures DataDog APM, infrastructure monitoring, logs, RUM, synthetic monitoring, and dashboards; develops alerting and incident-monitoring capabilities; drives observability adoption; defines SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs; leads root-cause analysis and performance optimization; and integrates DataDog with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, ITSM, and collaboration tools. The position requires at least eight years of experience in data center systems, storage, networking, security, applications, and databases, along with systems and solutions architecture knowledge and hands-on experience with data center technologies, cloud software, and interoperability.
