BCG is hiring a Lead Analyst for BCG X Product Delivery in Gurgaon or Bengaluru. The role supports client-facing delivery of digital solutions across oil and gas, refining, chemicals, and energy operations, including problem structuring, diagnostics, value sizing, solution requirements, roadmaps, change management, and implementation. The analyst will also contribute reusable assets, industry perspectives, commercial materials, and delivery playbooks, while coaching junior team members and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The position requires 7–9 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong energy-sector, analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
