Enable Dental is hiring a Lead Dental Assistant for its mobile dental practice in Pittsburgh. The role involves chairside assisting, radiographs, room preparation, supply and sterilization management, patient education, and leadership responsibilities such as overseeing clinical flow, mentoring assistants, ensuring protocol and dental compliance, and maintaining an efficient patient experience. The position requires at least 2 years of dental experience, active state dental assistant certification, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel daily with the mobile team and handle dental equipment. Compensation is $30–35 per hour plus incentive pay and equity, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO benefits.
