Description
The role manages the integrated design schedule across master planning, architecture, structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, and interiors; coordinates consultants, COEs, PMCs, and general contractors; tracks milestones, deliverables, IFC/GFC drawings, RFIs, and design-stage requirements; monitors Autodesk Construction Cloud usage; maintains exception logs; and publishes weekly design management information systems for leadership review. The posting seeks a candidate with 12–18 years of experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, hospitality, or allied sectors, with an MBA or PGDM and exposure to real estate or infrastructure-led businesses preferred, or an engineering, architecture, or finance graduate from a recognized Indian institution.
