Description
The Architectural Design Manager leads architectural design from concept through detailed design and GFC, manages consultants and design coordination, resolves conflicts, checks compliance and buildability, issues drawings and schedules, supports site execution, and maintains design governance and standardization. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree and 6–12 years of cumulative experience, with 3–8 years of relevant experience and experience in real estate, urban design, hospitality, commercial, or township development.
