Description
The role leads end-to-end R&D and product development for high-volume, disposable medical devices, including design, verification, validation, testing, design controls, quality systems, regulatory compliance, technology transfer, and project delivery. It requires an engineering degree, 7–12 years of engineering or technical experience, 3 years of project and team leadership, and expertise in design verification, test methods, fixtures, CAPAs, design controls, and statistical and mechanical analysis. The position is based at BD’s Technology Campus in Bengaluru, India.
