Description
Mindtickle is hiring a Design Engineer to bridge design and frontend engineering by building high-fidelity interactive prototypes, maintaining a production-quality design system, defining design tokens and accessibility standards, and creating proof-of-concept experiences. The role requires 8–10+ years of experience at the intersection of design and frontend engineering, proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS, deep Figma expertise, and hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a product company. The position offers ownership of the design system, collaboration with design and engineering teams, and access to AI coding tools.
