StarCompliance is hiring a Lead Design Engineer – AI Product Experience to lead the evolution of an enterprise design system for agentic consumption, create working prototypes, and establish reusable components, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and governance for AI-assisted frontend development. The role partners with Software Engineering, Product, Architecture, Platform Engineering, and AI Enablement teams, leads a blended UI engineering team, and provides hands-on technical leadership and coaching. Candidates need a strong background in design engineering, frontend engineering, or user experience design, along with React, TypeScript, enterprise design systems, AI-assisted development, accessibility, and people-management experience.
