Kawneer Collaborative is hiring a Lead, Design Solutions to develop façade design concepts and technical solutions for pre-award and post-award projects across North America. The role involves reviewing architectural and construction documents, creating 2D and 3D models, supporting estimating and project teams, evaluating façade performance, participating in mock-up testing and field reviews, establishing design standards, and mentoring future design resources. The position begins as an individual contributor but is intended to evolve into a formal leadership role, requiring a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of curtain wall, window wall, or related building-envelope design experience.
