ID.me is hiring a Lead Design Systems Designer to lead the evolution of its brand design system, translating brand values into scalable visual and interaction components. The role partners with CMO, CEO, design leadership, product, brand, engineering, and other teams; develops design tokens, Figma libraries, documentation, governance models, and adoption processes; and mentors junior designers. It is a full-time, in-office position in Mountain View, California, with an annual base salary of $200,000–$250,000 USD and comprehensive benefits.
