Description
Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Substation P&C Designer to lead and supervise multidiscipline design teams on high- and extra-high-voltage substation projects. The role involves creating, modifying, and checking AC and DC schematics, panel layouts, wiring and connection diagrams, and bills of materials; applying client design standards; incorporating vendor information; managing work assignments within budget and schedule; and collaborating with engineers and other design departments. The position requires proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
