Description
The Lead Electrical Designer is a senior project-team manager responsible for leading electrical design initiatives, supervising design professionals, managing project functions from surveys through construction administration, and serving as Job Captain. The role includes complex electrical system design, shop-drawing review, field observations, reporting, client and stakeholder communication, and training and development of direct reports. Candidates need at least six years of electrical design experience, including two years as a Senior Designer under a licensed professional engineer, two years leading engineering projects, a four-year engineering degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT.
