Description
The Lead Detailer oversees day-to-day RV and travel-trailer detail shop operations, coordinates and prioritizes the detail team, trains and mentors detailers, performs quality-control checks, and executes interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and paint-correction work. The role requires detailing experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. The position pays $40,000 to $65,000 per year.
