Description
Magellan is hiring a .NET AI Lead Developer to design and optimize scalable .NET software architectures, integrate generative AI and machine learning services such as Azure AI, OpenAI, and ML.NET, and lead technical teams. The role includes requirements analysis, architecture design, mentoring, code reviews, DevOps and CI/CD practices, quality and security assurance, and technology innovation. It requires at least five years of .NET development experience, prior technical team management or mentoring, strong English proficiency, and knowledge of .NET, cloud, AI, database, and infrastructure technologies. The position is office-based or remote up to two days per week, with no client travel.
