Description
Mattel Brick Shop is hiring a Lead Development Program Manager to lead new product development programs from concept through production launch at its Monterrey manufacturing facility. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across Mexico, Canada, Asia, and external suppliers; manages project plans, risks, milestones, and readiness for prototype builds, engineering pilots, tooling qualification, and production launch; and partners with manufacturing and operations to transition products into the facility. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field, at least five years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel internationally.
