Description
HiQ is hiring a Lead Developer / Senior Full Stack Developer for a long-term financial-sector client. The role leads technical direction at the team level, combines architecture and hands-on development, and mentors other developers while building banking, insurance, and financial services applications. The technology environment includes Azure, Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Kubernetes, Docker, and relational databases. The position requires at least seven years of experience in demanding software development projects, strong backend and integration experience, architectural knowledge, Azure and DevOps experience, and fluency in Finnish and English. The role is hybrid, with approximately two to three days per week at the client’s premises in the Helsinki region and the remainder remote.
