Description
OutSystems is hiring a Lead Developer to serve as a technical thought leader and senior individual contributor driving expert services and organizational acceleration. The role owns complex strategic projects, governs Agentic Systems and CI/CD practices, leads technical discovery and pre-sales, and architects large-scale AI orchestration using LLMs, vector databases, and autonomous agents. Candidates need 8–10 years of software development experience, expertise in Agentic Development and the OutSystems Agentic Platform, and OutSystems Expert Developer and Agentic AI Specialist certifications.
