Rural King is seeking a Lead Developer to design, develop, and enhance their enterprise order management capabilities using IBM Sterling Order Management on Cloud (OMoC) v10.xx. The role involves configuring and customizing OMS components, collaborating with project management and vendor teams, and ensuring scalable and efficient order management across their omni-channel retail ecosystem. The Lead Developer will contribute to technical design discussions, mentor other developers, and support troubleshooting and defect resolution while maintaining source code and documentation.
