Universal Music Group is hiring a Lead Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core or ASP.NET Core on AWS, with a focus on serverless architectures, Kafka-based event-driven systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable cloud infrastructure. The role also involves leading and mentoring a development team, establishing development guidelines, participating in agile ceremonies, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with product, business, engineering, QA, and DevOps stakeholders. Required experience includes .NET Core backend development, AWS serverless solutions, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes, DevOps and CI/CD, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
