Description
Damedic is hiring a DevEx and Infrastructure Lead to lead a two-person Developer Experience team and shape modern engineering practices for AI agents, automation, knowledge management, and standards. The role owns the stable operation and evolution of AWS/EKS and on-premise systems, incident and alert management, compliance, resilience, and cost efficiency, while improving developer productivity through tools, processes, enablement, and measurable KPIs. The position is remote-first within Germany and requires experience with production systems, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related technologies.
