ATLAS is hiring a Lead Developer (m/w/d) to lead a development team and drive the modernization of DVAG’s digital solutions. The role involves developing microservices and web applications, ensuring code quality, designing scalable solutions, automating testing and delivery, coaching developers, and contributing to technical communities. It requires a degree in business informatics or comparable qualification, enterprise application experience, cloud-native and event-driven architecture knowledge, developer-team leadership experience, DevOps and agile expertise, and full-stack Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and frontend experience. The position is based in Frankfurt, with partly remote work and a structured compensation and benefits package.
