Thoughtworks is hiring a Lead Developer (Python) to serve as a primary client-facing technical point of contact, guide and coach development teams, and lead software consulting and delivery from ideation through production. The role combines strategic client collaboration with tactical development, including Python, React.js, FastAPI, TDD, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and technology selection. Candidates should have led Agile or continuous-integration teams, be comfortable coding alongside developers, and mentor less experienced peers.
