Description
Inetum is hiring an experienced Lead Developer / Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a squad, oversee solution quality and architecture, enforce development best practices, manage technical debt, support CI/CD and documentation, and mentor team members. The role requires at least four years of experience in similar leadership positions, expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and related development tools, along with French B2+ and English B1 proficiency. The position is hybrid, with 50% onsite and 50% remote work, and is based in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
