The employer is seeking a hands-on Lead Developer/Technical Architect to work remotely on enterprise-grade applications for a private equity client. The role combines 70–80% hands-on .NET Core/C# development with Azure-first architecture, production troubleshooting, code reviews, mentoring, microservices, APIs, monitoring, and delivery coordination. Candidates must have strong .NET, Azure, networking, security, authentication, and CI/CD expertise; React and TypeScript experience is preferred but not required.
