Description
Capgemini is hiring a hands-on lead for Development and QA testing of Personal Lines applications covering Auto, Home, and Umbrella products. The role spans the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, application development, unit and integration testing, QA execution (functional regression, performance, data, rate testing), defect management, automation, and collaboration with business, IT, production support, and other stakeholders. The position requires strong experience with Mainframe and Guidewire PolicyCenter in a P&C policy administration environment, along with agile and waterfall delivery experience.
