Description
INNIO is hiring a Lead Development Engineer in Jenbach, Austria, to lead service product development projects for the after-sales market, especially conversion, modification and upgrade projects, overhaul products, and workshop support for Jenbacher engine platforms. The role covers project leadership from kick-off through validation and serial release, cross-functional and supplier coordination, testing, project reporting, product concept development, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent, at least five years of engineering or technical service experience, knowledge of reciprocating engines, quality systems and project management, strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel, and fluency in German and English.
