WhiteWater is hiring a full-time Lead, Development Engineering professional to lead a cross-functional core team developing waterpark products from concept through commercial release. The role manages product development schedules, budgets, documentation, risks, testing, verification, commissioning, and continuous improvement while providing technical direction and mentoring engineers, designers, and technicians. The position is based in Richmond, British Columbia, with relocation to Vancouver Downtown expected in mid-2027, and requires a Canadian bachelor's degree, at least five years of product design experience, and Canadian or United States professional engineering registration.
