Description
SpaceX is hiring a Lead Development Test Technician for Starship structural testing on the first shift. The role leads a small testing team, coordinates work assignments and safety, supports supervisor coaching, and provides ground-support equipment, high-pressure systems, instrumentation, tooling, and hardware maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalency, at least three years of industrial experience with high-pressure systems, and at least two years assembling large mechanical structures and test stands. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with travel, outdoor work, overtime, and weekend availability as needed.
