RBC is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer in Toronto to lead enterprise-scale CI/CD pipeline design and development, integrate partner systems, enable AI-driven developer productivity, maintain security and deployment operations, support product roadmap planning, lead developer community discussions, provide L3 on-call support, and review pull requests. The role requires at least five years of developer experience, strong DevOps and CI/CD knowledge, experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault, Ansible, and cloud platforms including OCP, Azure, and AWS, along with proficiency in TypeScript, Java, Python, YAML, NPM, Maven, and Gradle. The position is full-time, salaried, and requires 37.5 hours per week.
