Scout Motors is hiring a full-time DevOps/Platform Engineering Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, security, and developer-experience systems. The role leads engineers and collaborates with software development, systems integration, product, QA, and security teams, with headquarters-based work in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Fremont, California, requiring 4–5 days per week in the office. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, systems architecture, or software engineering focused on platform systems, along with expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, containerization, automation, and related technologies.
