Description
STR is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to lead software teams and design, develop, and maintain infrastructure and tooling for autonomous-platform software systems. The role covers mission planning, automated control, unmanned platforms, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines, with technical leadership and mentoring across the software development lifecycle. The position is based in Woburn, Massachusetts; Arlington, Virginia; or Dayton, Ohio, with flexible hybrid work and remote work when facilities are not required. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold a BS in computer science or a related technical field, and have at least seven years of experience, along with expertise in GitLab CI/CD, AWS EKS/ECR/EC2, Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, and Python. The full-time salary range is $173,000 to $216,000.
