Swift, the world's leading provider of secure financial messaging services, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their Customer Success team. The role involves driving the adoption, standardization, and maturity of software delivery practices, accelerating DevOps transformation, promoting devops practices adoption, and embedding security, resilience, and compliance controls into software delivery processes. This includes focusing on Release Orchestration, Orchestrated Patching Services, DevOps maturity evolution, Compliance-as-Code initiatives, and engineering transformation programs.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, automation, or platform engineering.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Compliance-as-Code, release orchestration, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, or DevOps maturity assessments is an asset.
