Description
STR is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer for its Mission Applications Group in the Analytics and Command & Control Division. The role leads software teams and works on designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure and tooling for operational software deployments, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud toolsets, Kubernetes environments, security monitoring, and coordination with corporate IT and customer environments. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active U.S. security clearance with SCI eligibility, a BS in Computer Science or related field, at least 5 years of experience, and strong experience with DevOps, cloud, containerization, Kubernetes, Linux, Python, shell scripting, and cybersecurity fundamentals. The job is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week on-site at STR or U.S. Government facilities, and offers a full-time salary range of $175,000 to $240,000.
