The employer is seeking a mid-senior Lead DevOps/Platform Engineer to lead the reliability, security, scalability, and engineering excellence of a cloud-native technology platform. The role covers infrastructure design, IaC, CI/CD, observability, incident response, policy-as-code governance, developer self-service, multi-cloud platform concerns, and emerging agentic AI platform capabilities. It is a technical leadership position with approximately 60% technical ownership, 30% stakeholder management, and 10% people leadership, and requires 4+ years of experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, and 10+ years of DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.
