Description

Sealing Technologies is hiring a DevSecOps Lead in Columbia, Maryland to build and secure its software delivery function from the ground up. The role owns the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline, security gates, release process, artifact management, packaging, signing, validation, GPU and AI/ML testing infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code practices. It requires U.S. citizenship, at least eight years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience, and expertise in CI/CD, containers, Linux, VMware, GPU infrastructure, and offline deployment scenarios. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience, including ownership of a CI/CD pipeline as a delivery-risk control surface.
Experience building a pipeline, platform, practice, or program from little or nothing, ideally in a startup or fast-moving, low-structure environment.
Expert-level experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab pipelines, CI/CD architecture, and hands-on security scanning integration.
Deep proficiency with containers, artifact management, and RPM packaging for Linux distributions.
Strong VMware/ESXi administration experience, including GPU resource management and configuration.
Advanced Linux system administration, networking, firewall management, and out-of-band systems experience.
Hands-on experience with GPU infrastructure and AI/ML inference workload management.
Experience designing software delivery for offline, disconnected, or restricted-network deployment scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications: Delivery or SRE experience at a SaaS or product software company with a strong point of view on pipeline risk mitigation.
Experience applying DISA STIG/NIST compliance frameworks.
Understanding of SBOM and supply-chain security practices, including Trivy.
Experience with Invicti or similar DAST platform integration and policy management.
Experience with image assembly and OS build tools such as osbuild, osbuild-composer, and lorax.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code platforms such as Ansible and Terraform.
Experience with multi-GPU systems, GPU clustering, or large-scale inference optimization.
