EnCharge AI is hiring a Lead DFT Engineer to architect and implement end-to-end design-for-test strategies for complex SoCs used in edge-to-cloud computing. The role covers hierarchical DFT, scan compression, boundary scan, MBIST, IST, POST, ATPG, memory and logic BIST, ATE bring-up, and post-silicon debugging, while collaborating with design, physical design, and yield teams. Candidates need 12+ years of DFT experience, at least 2 years in a leadership or principal role, a bachelor’s degree, expertise with industry-standard DFT tools, and experience with advanced FinFET nodes and low-power designs.
