EnCharge AI is hiring a Lead DFT Engineer for edge computing silicon, responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end DFT architecture for complex SoCs and leading scan, ATPG, MBIST, BIST, boundary scan, and post-silicon validation efforts. The role works cross-functionally with design, physical design, and yield teams to maximize test coverage while minimizing area, power, and timing impact, and requires extensive DFT experience, leadership exposure, and familiarity with standard EDA test tools and advanced FinFET nodes.
