Description
Waymo is hiring an in-person Technical Expert for its Operations team to lead complex automotive troubleshooting, support partner technicians, conduct fleet-service training, maintain service and quality standards, develop technical documentation, and identify diagnostic opportunities. The role requires at least five years of automotive technician or automotive engineering experience, expertise in mechanical, electrical, and CAN networking diagnostics, experience with electric or hybrid vehicles, and the ability to work with engineering teams, OEM partners, and executives. The position may require up to 20% travel, including training and support for markets in the United Kingdom and European Union.
