SMS Staffing is hiring a Lead Die Setter – Automatics in Waukegan, Illinois, for a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift of 40+ hours per week at $23.00 per hour. The role coordinates automatic die setters and machine operators, sets up and adjusts punch-press dies, inspects parts and materials, monitors press performance, trains operators, and maintains safe and clean work practices. Candidates need prior die-setting experience, blueprint-reading ability, punch-press and metal-stamping knowledge, lockout/tagout familiarity, inspection and measuring-tool experience, and willingness to obtain a forklift license.
