Compass Group is hiring a Lead Dietitian for its Morrison Healthcare at Doctor's Hospital Manteca acute-care setting. The role provides evidence-based nutrition care, develops individualized care plans, educates patients and families, leads quality and performance improvement initiatives, collaborates with food-service management, and mentors clinical and departmental staff. The position requires an RDN credential, five years of experience, and a master's degree in nutrition; advanced practice certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, and compensation is $88,000-$100,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and additional benefits.
