Qube Cinema is hiring a Lead Digital Transformation Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of automation, CRM, business intelligence, and AI initiatives. The role manages product roadmaps, cross-functional delivery, process re-engineering, CRM implementation, BI dashboards, and AI agents and workflows, while reporting to senior leadership and the CEO. It requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong CRM and BI expertise, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with automation and AI tools.
