The Charles Lea Center is hiring a full-time Lead Direct Support Professional in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to provide direct support to people with disabilities while leading and mentoring Direct Support Professionals, assisting program managers, supporting training and compliance, and performing administrative and operational duties. The role requires second-shift availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred, with compensation of $19.01 per hour plus a weekend shift differential and a $1,250 sign-on bonus.
