Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time Lead Direct Support Professional to support a Site Supervisor in maintaining program operations and providing direct care to consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities or mental health needs. The role mentors and trains Direct Support Professionals, helps implement Individual Service Plans, maintains systems in assigned areas or homes, and collaborates with management on daily program operations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience working with individuals with IDD and/or mental health issues, computer literacy, trauma-informed care knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and employment clearances.
