Description
Sevita is hiring a full-time, onsite Lead Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving personal and developmental goals. The role includes mentoring, advocacy, daily living assistance, medication administration, personal care, outings, community engagement, and helping individuals with budgeting and nutrition. The position offers $21–$22 per hour depending on shift, on-demand pay, referral bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay. Applicants must have at least six months of field experience, a valid driver's license held for at least one year, a clean driving record, a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and pass background checks.
