The Lead Dispatcher (Route Delivery) oversees daily dispatch operations in a high-volume automotive aftermarket distribution environment, assigning and monitoring delivery routes, coordinating with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams, supporting drivers and dispatchers, and serving as a customer liaison. The role includes route optimization, safety coaching, fleet readiness support, KPI tracking, customer relationship management, and relief driving when needed. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of dispatch or logistics experience, routing or fleet management software proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and an active DOT medical card.
