Repario is hiring a Temporary Document Review Team Lead to provide strategic leadership and project-level oversight for complex eDiscovery document review engagements. The role involves analyzing case materials, developing review strategies, guiding and training attorneys, managing workflows and audits, monitoring project progress, serving as a client contact, and participating in recruiting. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor, maintain active bar membership, have at least five years of eDiscovery and document review experience, and demonstrate strong Relativity expertise. The position offers 100% telecommute, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K with matching, paid family leave, and flexible time off, with compensation of $30.00–$38.00 per hour depending on experience.
