Description
Rendesco is hiring a permanent Lead Driller for on-site geothermal drilling operations. The role leads a drilling crew, operates rotary drilling plant and associated equipment, supervises borehole drilling to depths exceeding 200m, coordinates site activities, and ensures work meets design, safety, and environmental requirements. The position requires significant land-based drilling experience, an NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling or equivalent experience, a full UK driving licence, and a valid CSCS card or ability to obtain one. Nationwide travel, extended shifts, and accommodation away from home may be required.
