Description
The Lead Swing Driver safely operates multiple collection vehicles across residential, commercial, and industrial routes while providing flexible coverage, filling in for unavailable drivers, supporting route and equipment operations, assisting with driver training, and maintaining safety, compliance, and service standards. The role requires a Class A or Class B CDL with applicable endorsements, 1–3 years of commercial driving experience, DOT knowledge, flexibility, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
