The Lead Swing Driver safely operates multiple types of collection vehicles across residential, commercial, and industrial areas while providing flexible route, location, and shift coverage. The role supports other drivers through training, route assistance, equipment and safety guidance, and operational feedback, while maintaining DOT compliance, vehicle inspections, accurate records, customer communication, and service standards. Applicants need a Class A or Class B CDL with required endorsements, 1–3 years of commercial driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work flexible schedules and perform physically demanding work.
