Whitaker Construction is hiring a full-time Lead Truck Driver to operate dump trucks hauling soil, gravel, and other aggregate materials while supervising drivers and dispatchers. The role combines transportation operations with DOT compliance, safety briefings, truck inspections, ticket accuracy, scheduling, performance monitoring, vendor coordination, and financial reporting. Candidates need a Class A CDL, a valid DOT medical card, at least three years of transportation experience, a clean driving record, and strong communication and organizational skills.
